SWORN TRANSLATION
Translation of documents originally issued in a foreign language, which require legal validity in Brazil. Sworn translation is produced in the format required for official validation by public agencies or institutions. The translation is printed on embossed paper and bears the translator’s seal and signature, which should be attested by a notary or consulate agency. It also bears personal and technical information relating to the Public Sworn Translator.
